  Since I take several medications on a monthly basis, the pharmacy initially had trouble setting up a monthly refill program. But, they were dilegent in working out the kinks and now the process runs like a fine-tuned machine. Jordan, as well as, the rest of the pharmacy staff provide nothing short of excellent service. Anytime a question arises regarding a needed refill or prior authorization, I'm always contacted promptly so we can be proactive in tackling the issue at hand. On more than one occasion their staff have taken the extra step of going beyond what is expected. This past year, after picking up my insulin, I stopped on my way out of the store to buy some ice to keep my insulin cool, as I had several places to go before returning home. The pharmacy staff noticed what I was doing. They immediately approached me and gave me an insulated cooler for my insulin. It was apparently one of the containers in which their refrigerated meds are shipped. The container worked perefectly and there was no charge. It's small things like this that set this Rite Aid pharmacy above others. I highly recommend their services.
